Set (Square dance) Tunes – Bill Fechner
Two lively old ‘square dance’ (tunes for the Sets) from the master of triple-row button accordion playing Bill Fechner, of Nerang. Bill learnt these two classic tunes from old-time German pioneer players in the Back Plains area, near Clifton. The tunes are from the legendary Naumann brothers of back Plains, who were superb dance players.
